Most the hardware in Department of Scientific Computing's machine room is owned by DSC and non-DSC research groups and is dedicated to a wide range of research problems including; molecular biophysics, evolutionary biology, network modeling, and Monte-Carlo algorithm development. Direct access to these clusters is restricted, however idle cycles on these machines can be accessed by using the Condor queuing system. Click on the links below to learn more about DSC cluster hosting and to see what hardware is currently hosted in the DSC machine room. |
