How to allow someone else to manage your calendar?

• Login at http://webmail.fsu.edu and click on Calendar (2nd tab on top menu)
  
• Click on drop-down list next to "Current Calendar" at upper-right corner
  Select Calendar Actions [Manage Calendars...]
• Click "Edit" an then "Share this calendar with specific users"
• Enter username and click on Add button to include this user for calendar access/management
• Check any or all access permissions to grant
  Accessibility/Read/Invote/Modify/Delete
  

How to view another FSU calendar user's schedule?

• Login at http://webmail.fsu.edu and click on Calendar (2nd tab on top menu)
• Click on drop-down list next to "Current Calendar" at upper-right corner
  Select Calendar Actions [Manage Calendars...]
• Click "Subscribe..." button
• Search and select the calendars to view...
