Flux Calculations from calcium fluorescent data

Snapshop of a bifiurcation diagrom in XPP Analysis of calcium flow in time-dependent two-photon imaging of astrocytes, developed by Nathan Crock. Using optical flow techniques combined with noise reduction, calcium flow is estimated. The objective is to distinguish convective from diffusive phenomena. The code is under development.
