PULSE: Scientific Machine Learning Lab
PULSE: Scientific Machine Learning Lab is a research lab in the Department of Scientific Computing at Florida State University, founded in 2022 and led by Principal Investigator Olmo Zavala-Romero.
Lab members tackle relevant problems across the ocean, climate, and human health. They apply AI to improve ocean forecasts, data assimilation, and knowledge discovery, as well as to advance the identification and classification of diseases from medical imaging.
